Terms and conditions for ‘Win a Luxury Stay at the 5 Star Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel’ competition
There is one prize available. The winner plus one will win Anna’s Afternoon Tea with Champagne in the Park Room, Grosvenor House, a JW Marriott Hotel, London as well as one night (to be taken at the weekend i.e. Friday, Saturday or Sunday night) in a luxury Superior room and full breakfast.
The prize must be taken by 30.09.10.
This promotion is open to all UK residents, except employees and agents of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone else connected with the promotion.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Entries should arrive no later than 26.03.10. No entries will be accepted after this date.
No cash alternative in place of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary. The prize is non-transferable.
A randomly selected winner will be drawn from all the correct entries under independent supervision. The winner will be notified by email.
The winner’s name may be used in post-promotion publicity subject to the prizewinner’s prior approval.
The prizewinner will be contacted during the week commencing 29.03.10. The prizewinner’s name will be posted on the Essentially Catering website thereafter subject to the prizewinner’s prior approval.
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days of the selection date, a new winner will be selected from all the remaining correct entries and so on until a winner is confirmed.
The judges’ decision is final and legally binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner’s name and county will be available on request by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope marked Essentially Catering Competition Enquiry to David Gilroy, Bestway C&C Ltd, Abbey Road, Park Royal, London NW10 7BW.
The Promoter shall have no responsibility for acts or defaults of anyone connected with the promotion to the extent that such liability can be contracted out of law.
