Terms and conditions for the 'Charingworth Manor' competition Essentially Catering May 2013 issue

1. There is one prize available: complimentary dinner (wine not included), bed & breakfast and afternoon tea for two at Charingworth Manor, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire GL55 6NS. All reservations need to be made through the Central Reservations number, 08456 038892 and quoting code EC13. Guests must pay for all additional costs and travel costs.
2. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees and agents of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone else connected with the promotion.
3. No purchase necessary. To enter, email your answer with your full name, customer number and branch details (if applicable), address and telephone number to: editor@essentiallycatering.co.uk
4. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. Entries should arrive no later than 14.06.2013. No entries will be accepted after this date. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken within nine months of the winner being notified.
6. No cash alternative in place of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary. The prize is non-transferable.
7. One randomly selected winner will be drawn from all the correct entries under independent supervision. The winner will be notified by email.
8. The winner’s name will be used in post-promotion publicity i.e. name of winner plus county of residence will be posted on www.essentiallycatering.co.uk and will appear in the August 2013 issue of Essentially Catering. If the prizewinner does not wish their name to be published, they must inform Essentially Catering by 25.06.2013 by emailing editor@essentiallycatering.co.uk
9. The prizewinner will be contacted during the week commencing 17.06.2013. The prizewinner’s name will be posted on the Essentially Catering website thereafter.
10. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days of the selection date, a new winner will be selected from all the remaining correct entries and so on until a winner is confirmed.
11. The judges’ decision is final and legally binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter shall have no responsibility for acts or defaults of anyone connected with the promotion to the extent that such liability can be contracted out of law.
13. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
14. The Promoter is Essentially Catering magazine, which is wholly owned by the Bestway Cash & Carry Group.

There is one prize available for the winner plus one guest: ‘The Milling Experience’ at Talgarth Mill, two nights’ Bed & Breakfast at The Granary (Sunday-Thursday nights only), dinner at The Swan at Hay-on-Wye and a collection of Kitchen Devils knives.
