Terms and conditions for 'Win Dinner, Bed & Breakfast for Two at Gleneagles Hotel' competition

  1. There is one prize available. The winner will win Dinner, Bed & Breakfast for Two at the Gleneagles Hotel, Scotland. The prize includes drinks with the meal and two drams of Singleton in the bar. Dinner will be in the Strathearn Restaurant where male diners are required to wear jacket and tie. All other drinks and food taken throughout the stay will be charged as taken, as will any other additional extras such as beauty treatments, etc.
  2. The prize must be taken by 31 January 2011, subject to availability.
  3. This promotion is open to all UK residents, except employees and agents of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone else connected with the promotion.
  4. No purchase necessary. To enter, email your answers with your full name, customer number and branch details (if applicable), address and telephone number to: editor@essentiallycatering.co.uk
  5. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  6. Entries should arrive no later than 03.09.2010. No entries will be accepted after this date.
  7. No cash alternative in place of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary. The prize is non-transferable.
  8. A randomly selected winner will be drawn from all the correct entries under independent supervision. The winner will be notified by email.
  9. The winner’s name may be used in post-promotion publicity subject to the prizewinner’s prior approval.
  10. The prizewinner will be contacted during the week commencing 06.09.2011. The prizewinner’s name will be posted on the Essentially Catering website thereafter subject to the prizewinner’s prior approval.
  11. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days of the selection date, a new winner will be selected from all the remaining correct entries and so on until a winner is confirmed.
  12. The judges’ decision is final and legally binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The winner’s name and county will be available on request by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope marked Essentially Catering Competition Enquiry to David Gilroy, Bestway C&C Ltd, Abbey Road, Park Royal, London NW10 7BW.
  14. The Promoter shall have no responsibility for acts or defaults of anyone connected with the promotion to the extent that such liability can be contracted out of law.
  15. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
  16. The Promoter is Essentially Catering magazine, which is wholly owned by the Bestway Cash & Carry Group.
