HRC to run UK’s largest hospitality salary survey
Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) is running a survey open to all UK-based hospitality professionals
The aim of the survey is to provide key insights into the industry and give a detailed picture of what makes the industry tick.
How do hospitality salaries compare, job satisfaction, what are the key factors that keep people working in hospitality, which benefits are most important to hospitality professionals and are employees working in the hospitality industry proud of the industry in which they work?

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three £100 restaurant vouchers.
The results of the survey will be published in a detailed report and presented live on the 2020 Vision Stage at HRC on 3 March 2020. The event coincides with HRC’s ambition to tackle staff shortages and increase retention rates within the sector.
