Back by popular demand: Strawberries & Clotted Cream Cookies
After launching at last year’s Caffé Culture show the Limited Edition Strawberries & Clotted Cream Byron Bay Cookie gained many new fans among cafe owners and consumers. Sadly, as with every limited edition cookie, it was only around for four short months. However, with the summer just around the proverbial corner, Byron Bay Cookie Company is re-introducing the Strawberries & Clotted Cream Cookie, which will join the full range of flavours available all year round.
The Cookie features pieces of succulent real English strawberries, rich clotted cream from dairies local to the UK bake-house and chunks of premium European white chocolate. This gives the cookie the distinct, lavish taste that consumers are looking for. Like all Byron Bay Cookies, the Strawberries & Clotted Cream Cookie uses locally sourced flour, butter and free range eggs and is approved by the Vegetarian Society.
“When we first launched the Strawberries & Clotted Cream Cookie we had no idea that it would become such a popular selling line.” commented Byron Bay Cookie Company, European Sales Manager, Mark Perrin. “At the end of the four months, people were asking if we would be bringing it back and as a result of so much positive feedback we have re-launched the Strawberries & Clotted Cream Cookie as a year-round flavour.”
Having tasted these melt-in-the-mouth pieces of deliciousness, here at Essentially Catering we can confirm that they are, quite simply, heavenly.
