Egg-citing times with Beep Egg
As we all know, eggs are enjoyed by millions of people across the world every day. One of the most popular ways to cook the humble egg is to boil it, but in spite of the fact that we can fly to the moon and build cars that break the sound barrier, we still do not have the wherewithal to boil the perfect egg. That is, until now.
Prezzybox has come up with the solution with the Beep Egg – an egg-shaped device that lives next to your eggs in the fridge (or wherever you keep them). When you want to boil an egg, simply pop the Beep Egg into the water at the same time. Through internal heat sensors, the Beep Egg will tell you when your egg is cooked by singing to you. ‘Killing me Softly’ indicates the eggs are soft boiled; ‘I Wish I Was a Hen’ indicates medium boiled; and if you prefer your eggs hard boiled, listen out for the ominous classical track more commonly recognised as the intro music for the X-Factor judges.
The Beep Egg is available from Prezzybox for £14.95.
